Blogger troubles

Well, in my endeavours to provide my clients with the highest exposure possible on the net, I've been working on this Blog thing.  All I have to say is that I want to either shoot my computer or at the very least shoot the guy who invented the Blog. I need to remind myself that it's for my Clients and that these are just bugs that will work theme selves out. But WOW! the frustration of setting this all up. It's enough to make a guy a little Daffy!!!

Open house sundays

Well another open house Sunday has come and gone.  Open house's are always interesting. you never know if you are going to die of boredom or perhaps spend 2 hours of your day getting to know your clients baby budgie. Of course there is always the flip side where you are the ring leader of circus. Spending your afternoon juggling one group of people from one room to another...ALL WITHOUT A NET!  Unfortunately there was no big top show or death defiant act performed.  No, my friends the whole thing went somewhat uneventful. Not busy and not dead. Just a nice trickle of people. After all these years, I still enjoy doing open houses. Meeting people is still one the pleasures of the business and of course why i got into it in the first place.

Some People see the things us REALTORS do in marketing ourselves and our Clients interests and form an opinion.  To some people it may seem that we have huge egos, completely ready to float off to the heavens pulled up by humongous inflated heads. Of course some people get it.

Welcome to Jake Frechette's A REALTORS LIFE

Hi EVERYONE

well this is it. A REALTOR'S LIFE, my new blog! I've been told by my coaches, yes REALTORS have coaches at least this one does. that "you have to do a blog" OK I'm doing it!  Not happy about it but what the hey! I've been selling real estate since 1987 and yeah I've got a few things I can share about our Winnipeg Real Estate.  So, maybe this won't be so bad.  I can surely shed some light on this crazy job from my perspective . Perhaps educate or tell a few storey that might even entertain you. I will definitely be talking about properties, market conditions and the REALTOR'S LIFE that is my world. Second thought, maybe I should of called this blog THE GOOD THE BAD AND THE UGLY!
