It all for my Clients why I do the things I do

Some People see the things us REALTORS do in marketing ourselves and our Clients interests and form an opinion.  To some people it may seem that we have huge egos, completely ready to float off to the heavens pulled up by humongous inflated heads. Of course some people get it. 
They know and realize that It 's all about marketing and not about egos.   Numbers generating, as in exposure to people. People who are looking to buy and people who are looking to sell.   Well, selling real estate in Winnipeg's market comes down pretty well to competition.   How many buyers are you going up against.  As in our present Winnipeg situation, when purchasing.  Or how many similar type/priced homes are you going against when your selling.  My job is to not to level the playing Field, but to give you the advantage over the Competition, that's the key. That's where I basically come in. To make you competitive, be it buying or selling.  Since 1987 I've seen the evolution of the modern REALTOR. Nothing like when I started.  Sheesh!  I'm sounding old...I'm not old. so stop thinking that I'm old,....anyway!!. Truth is, today's Realtors have evolved into marketing mavericks that run a big machine that generates tons of traffic that benefits every single one of my clients and customers. Exposure that I generate for myself, my listings and my buyers help get the job done 24/7 and 365 days a year.  It never stops. Marketing, be it me, my company or the product I sell generates competition or beats out the competition. And lets face it, it's all done for the clients to insure they get full value for the services I provide.
